Information is used by the Mornington BESS project team and BW ESS to receive, assess, investigate, respond to and record enquiries and complaints. Website service providers may process the information where necessary to operate the online form and deliver submission notifications.

Information may also be used to meet legal, planning permit, reporting or regulatory requirements.
